Online Eligibility Check Web Service (OECW) indicates the benefit Medicare and/or the Private Health Insurer will pay for identified services that can then be subtracted from the total cost to provide an indication of the patient’s out-of-pocket expenses.
Get Started
Select Patient Record
Click on patient in the calendar view to open the patient's record.
Click the Dropdown Button
Click on the down arrow to view options
Click Eligibility Check
This will open a window to add in extra details
Modify admission details for the eligibility check
- Fund Payee ID
- Length of Stay or Day Stay
- Pre-existing Ailment
- Procedure Code or Item number
- Sender Details (automatically filled out from Anaesthetist's Group)
- Accident Date
- Admission and Discharge Dates
- Is this an over seas claim
Click Check Health Fund Eligibility or Check Overseas Eligibility
Online Eligibility Check Report
After submitting the eligibility check, report is available to download or print with mandated disclaimers.
